In the early 2000s, Komfort & Kare was based in a small shopping center in Westmont, NJ. While we were able to service our patients effectively, the small facility was simply too small for the vision that we had…to provide our customers with the best possible service and experience.
In 2015, we moved into our beautiful new facility in Magnolia, built with brown comfortable hues and plenty of lighting and windows. Our goal here has been to provide an experience, not just prosthetics and orthotics. We believe that, like Starbucks or Apple, our facility should offer a welcoming environment. Our current location is never crowded, and we can display a great many of our products in our state of the art showroom. In addition, we’ve built our own in-house fabrication laboratory, enabling us to produce custom prosthetic and orthotic equipment in a very short time.
But more than that, Komfort & Kare has chosen to focus on people too…both our employees and our customers. Rather than invest in marketing, we’ve invested in people: trained clinicians with many years in this industry and a special passion for working with patients. As a result, we’ve grown very quickly, thanks to our first class personnel, experience, and outcomes, in our relaxing and comfortable office.
Komfort & Kare is still today focused on setting ourselves apart through our hands-on patient experience…not just providing our patients with the products and care they need, but also meeting their needs with insurance providers, accommodating their day-to-day lifestyle, and providing quick turnaround times.
The prosthetics and orthotics business changes frequently, and we make sure we’re on top of the next thing. We’ve been proudly serving the South Jersey and greater Philadelphia community for many years, and we hope to do so for many years to come.
