“Compassionate doesn’t even begin to describe this organization. I have a lower left leg prosthetic and live in Suffolk, VA. I had driven up to NJ for a family funeral, when I awoke the next morning, the day the funeral was scheduled for 10 am, I discovered that my foot was extremely loose. Without any prior contact with Komfort & Kare, I was waiting at their door when they opened at 8 am. They immediately took me in and fixed my foot for me, expertly, professionally, and I was out in 15 minutes. Not only did they tell me there was no charge, but the technician refused, and I do mean REFUSED, to let me tip him for taking care of me. I’m from VA, never spoken with or even had seen any of these folks before in my life, and they took care of me like family. WELL DONE KOMFORT & KARE! I wish you had an office near me where I live. I would recommend you to everyone.”

“My son broke his ankle and needed a knee scooter. I called can’t remember who I spoke with, but they were kind and efficient. We were able to pick one up that day AND they even showed us not only how to adjust it, but also where the handles should be for my son. It has a basket on the front, and his friends are already talking about decorating it to go back to school with. Bottom line: This place is a gem.
